 MATERIALS

400 Grams Of Meat Prepared With Oregano And Spices
18 Grams Of Grain Pita 30
Mashed Potatoes, 200 Gram
1 Cup Broth
50 Grams Butter
Tomato Sauce
Yogurt Sauce

PREPARATION

Prepared In The Form Of A Small Hamburger Patties On A Grill And Cook The Meatballs. Melt The Butter In A Skillet. Pita Bread And Fry In Butter Upside Down. Add The Broth And A Little Sauce. Taken Into Serving Dish. Grill Patties On The Directory.Meatballs, Mashed Potatoes Over The Broadcast. Besides Warm Yogurt Sauce And Serve. For Tomato Sauce: 1 Onion Finely Chopped 1-2 Garlic Cloves And Sauté In 1 Tablespoon Margarine. Stir In Grated Tomato. Add The Tomato Paste And Crushed.Add Bay Leaf And Salt And Cook. Before Serving Remove The Bay Yapragını. For Yogurt, Yogurt Sauce, 4 Cloves Minced Garlic, 2 Teaspoons Of Butter And Some Pepper In A Bowl Spatula Mix.Bon Appetit.
