 Materials

1 Kg Cubed Deer Meat
2 Onions (Chopped Coarse )
3-4 Cloves Garlic

1 Lemon Zest
1 Branch Of Thyme (Fresh)
1 Branch Rosemary (Fresh)
5 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Tbsp Tomato Paste
1 Cup Red Wine Or Vegetable Broth Salt Pepper
1 Bay Leaf
5-6 Pcs Ardicyemisi

Preparation

Chunks Of Deer Meat To Cook With Oil. Chop Onions In Large Bulky. Finely Chop The Skins Of Lemons. Lightly Stir Fried Onions, Cook The Meat. Salt, Black Pepper, Peeled And Lightly Crushed Whole Garlic, Stir A Minute Or So Swing By And Cook Dinner Together.Meat-Vegetable Juice Or Red Wine, Pour Over Meat. Of The Above Should Be Closed. Kapanmiyorsa Be A Little More Water If The Above Can Be Added. Bring To Boil Food. Bay Leaves, Rosemary, Thyme,Stir In Lemon And Juniper Saucepan Over Low Heat Until The Lid And Cook For 1 Hour Forecast.
