Beef and Noodle Casserole

Ingredients:

2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1 Pound Lean Ground Beef
1/2 Cup Chopped Onion
1 Tablespoon Minced Parsley
2 Cans (14.5 Ounces Each) Tomatoes
1 Can (8 Ounces) Tomato Sauce
2 Teaspoons Salt
1 Teaspoon Pepper
1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
8 Ounces Noodles
12 Ounces Shredded Mild Cheddar Or American Cheese
3 Tablespoons Grated Parmesan Cheese

Preparation:

Brown Ground Beef In Olive Oil; Remove With Slotted Spoon And Drain Off All But 2 Tablespoons Fat. Add Onion To Fat And Sauté Until Tender. Add Parsley, Tomatoes, Tomato Sauce, Seasonings, And Ground Beef. Cover And Simmer For 1 Hour. Cook Noodles In Boiling, Salted Water Following Package Directions. Drain And Rinse With Hot Water. In Greased Baking Dish, Alternate Layers Of Noodles, Cheeses, And The Sauce.
Bake At 350° Until Bubbly And Cheese Is Melted.
