Rice Salad With Peas And Chicken
1 Cup Long-Grain Rice
10 Oz Pkg Tiny Green Peas
1 Cup Diced (3/4 Inch) Chicken
1/3 Cup Mayonnaise
Salt, To Taste
Pepper, To Taste
Romaine Lettuce Or Salad Greens
Sliced Tomatoes
Preparation:
Cook Rice According To Package Directions And Cool
Completely. Cook Peas According To Package Directions; Drain And Cool
Completely. In A Large Bowl Toss Together 3 Cups Of The Cooked Rice, The Cooked
Peas, Chicken, Celery, Mayonnaise, And Salt And Pepper, To Taste. Serve On
Salad Greens Or A Bed Or Romaine Lettuce, And Garnish With Sliced Tomatoes.
