Stuffed Meatballs (Icli Kofte)

Ingredients:

1 cup fine-grained bulgur (dried crushed wheat)
1 cup flour
1 cup semolina 
1 tablespoon tomato paste
2 cups water
Salt to taste

Stuffing:

2 sticks of unsalted butter or margarine
2 medium onions, finely chopped 
1 lb. lean ground beef 
1 tablespoon tomato paste 
1/2 cup finely chopped parsley 
Salt and ground black pepper to taste 

                                                Method:

        Fry the minced meat until it runs out its water. Add onions that have been cut into cubes into the minced meat and fry them together. Add salt, powdered black pepper, and red pepper in the amount you wish, and walnut into meat onion mixture and leave it for cooling. By the way, crush minced meat, fine cracked wheat and 1 onion in food processor. From the crushed mixture that have taken the form of a gum, break off particles in the size as you wish, carve these particles and put minced meat prepared before into the cavity of these particles and close the cavity of these particles and give an ellipse shape to these particles. Fry these particles in olive oil and serve.
