Crispy Chicken


Crispy Chicken

Ingredients:

8 chicken drumsticks
1 package of pane mixture
A slice of lemon
1 teaspoon flaked red pepper
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon curry
1 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon salt
A glass of vegetable oil to fry.

 How to Make:

Put the drumsticks in a pot and boil them about 20 minutes.  Put the pane mixture in a flat plate and add  the spices and salt to it. On the other hand, mix 2 eggs and a slice of lemon’s juice. Put a glass of oil in a pan and wait until it gets heat.  Coat the drumsticks first with egg mixture then with pane mixture. When the oil is ready, fry them until gets the colour of gold. You can serve it with rice pilaf or potato puree( this is my favourite :).
P.S: I didn’t add much salt because pane mixture is salty. If you want, you can use more. But I can say  as an advice, this is the great  proportion for this recipe. Good Appetite :) Please leave your comment.
